Dr. John Kinder Speaks Nationwide About Disabled Veterans

kinderkinderDr. John Kinder, Associate Professor of History and American Studies, has received nationwide attention for his newest book, Paying with Their Bodies: American War and the Problem of the Disabled Veteran, which was published by the University of Chicago Press in 2015. Dr. Kinder's 2015 Veterans' Day Address at the Minnesota History Center was featured on Minneapolis Public Radio during February 2016. You can listen to the address here

On March 31, 2016, Dr. Kinder gave a lecture, "Healing the Nation's Wounds: The Great War, Medicine, and America's Disabled Veterans," at OSU's Edmon Low Library. You can watch a video of the lecture here
